Stakeholder engagement - tools for decision making
Engaging stakeholders in the decision making process is an important aspect of agile project management. There are several ways in which stakeholders can be engaged in this process, including simple voting, thumps up/down/sideways, and fist of five. Simple voting is a straightforward method where stakeholders are asked to vote "for" or "against" a particular idea or proposal. This method is quick and easy to implement, but it may not provide a detailed understanding of stakeholders' opinions.
