Kaizen - the Power of Continuous Improvement

Kaizen is a Japanese term that means "improvement" or "change for the better." It is a philosophy and a set of practices that focus on continuous improvement in all aspects of an organization. In the context of Agile development, Kaizen is used to improve the performance and efficiency of the development process. Teams can use Kaizen to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase throughput. The Kaizen approach encourages all members of the team to be involved in the improvement process. It's a bottom-up approach, where the team members are the ones that identify and propose the improvements, rather than a top-down approach where the management dictates the changes.
