MoSCoW prioritization

MoSCoW prioritization is a method of prioritizing tasks, features, or requirements in a project based on their level of importance and level of urgency. It is a simple and effective way to prioritize items that is often used in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. The process of Moscow prioritization typically involves the following steps: 1. Identify tasks: Identify all tasks, features, or requirements that need to be done in the project. 2. Assign a priority level: Assign each task, feature, or requirement a priority level based on the level of importance and level of urgency. 3. Classify tasks: Classify tasks into four categories: Must have (Mo) : Tasks that are essential to the project and must be done in order to achieve the project's goals.
