Agile Manifesto
The Agile Manifesto is a set of guiding values and principles for Agile software development. It was first introduced in 2001 by a group of software developers who were frustrated with the traditional, rigid approach to software development. The Agile Manifesto consists of four values and twelve principles that promote flexibility, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. The four values are: Individuals and interactions over processes and tools Working software over comprehensive documentation Customer collaboration over contract negotiation Responding to change over following a plan The Agile Manifesto is the foundation of many Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
