Tweak Wall
A Tweak Wall is a common tool used in Agile retrospective meetings to help teams identify small but meaningful improvements they can make to their process or workflow. The Tweak Wall is essentially a physical or digital board where team members can post their ideas for process improvements, called "tweaks". During the retrospective meeting, team members are encouraged to share their thoughts on what worked well and what could have been improved during the previous sprint or project. As they share their ideas, any potential tweaks are written down or recorded on sticky notes and placed on the Tweak Wall.
